If this pandemic has taught us one thing, it could be that our food system is flawed. We are dependant on global food chains and supermarkets. Our produce travels from all over the world to reach our plates, leaving us have no connection to our food. This episode I talk about the strange time we are in and how we can feel empowered by growing our own food.
